I'll add that suggestion onto the wish list.
In the meantime, if you've not already done so, you might want to alter the "Prompt cache refresh after: 'n' days" option on the NALalyse options tab. It's set to '5' days by default, meaning that NALalyse will want to refresh the cache of your Tree if it is older than 5 days - by increasing it to, say, 21, NALalyse will only want to re-read your Tree every three weeks.
Also, so that NALalyse doesn't get too far "out of step" with your tree, you can manually refresh the Tree cache at anytime with the 'Refresh' button on the NALalyse 'Applications' tab - this ensures that NALalyse doesn't attempt to navigate to OUs which no longer exist for instance.
